In November 2023, Humphrey’s Hotel unveiled its doors on Forest Road, Hurstville to redefine the concept of local. The 320 capacity venue offers elevated pub dining, a sports bar and an all-weather terrace, as well as Hatch – a modern-Australian premium dining experience.
