In November 2023, Humphrey's Hotel opened its doors on Forest Road, Hurstville to redefine the concept of a local establishment. Our 320-capacity venue combines elevated bistro dining with a sports bar, an all-weather terrace, and Bistro H. A relaxed modern-Australian bistro.

Welcome to Bistro H, where quality bistro dining meets a warm, relaxed atmosphere.
Head Chef Scott Greve keeps things quality but approachable, using locally sourced ingredients and drawing on international flavours to create a menu that feels familiar but always keeps you coming back for more.
With experience from some of Sydney's best kitchens including 6HEAD and the Jamie Oliver Group, Chef Greve brings real skill and attention to detail to every plate.
The Kitchen
We keep it simple. Quality meats, fresh seafood, and ingredients we're proud to put on the plate. From dry-aged steaks to house-made pasta and sustainably sourced fish, everything is made with care.
