MEMBERSHIP PROGRAM

Hotel Membership Terms + Conditions

Effective date: 08/04/2026

By signing up for the Humphrey's Hotel Membership Program ("Membership Program"), you agree to the following Terms and Conditions:

1. Eligibility

  • ●Membership is open only to individuals aged 18 years or older.
  • ●A valid email address is required for registration and members must opt in to marketing communications to participate.
  • ●Membership is non-transferable and membership numbers must not be shared with others.

2. Program Overview

  • ●The Membership Program offers exclusive promotions, discounts, and special offers to members.
  • ●The management reserve the right to determine the membership benefits and subsequent rewards on offer.
  • ●Humphrey's Hotel reserves the right to change or revoke a member's status at its sole discretion.

3. Promotions and Discounts

  • ●Offers and benefits associated with the Membership Program may vary by tier.
  • ●All promotions, discounts, and rewards are subject to change or cancellation at any time, without prior notice.
  • ●Promotions may be subject to additional terms and conditions, which will be specified at the time of the offer.

4. Birthday Offers

  • ●Members must provide their date of birth to receive special birthday offers.
  • ●Date of birth information is used solely for the purpose of delivering birthday promotions and verifying age eligibility.
  • ●Members are entitled to a "Birthday Reward", with the reward dependent on their membership tier status and on presentation of a registered membership. Members are only eligible to receive a "Birthday Reward" if they have completed the Date of Birth profile field at least 1 month prior to the start of their Birthday month. The Birthday Reward is issued at the start of the Member's Birthday month and must be redeemed within its stated expiry date and at the expiry of that period it will automatically expire. Photo identification may be requested to confirm identity and birth date registered on their Account. The Birthday Reward is non-transferable and cannot be exchanged or taken as cash. Humphrey's Hotel takes no responsibility for incorrectly entered birth dates during the registration process. A Member may only receive one Birthday Reward per year.

5. Membership Termination

  • ●Humphrey's Hotel reserves the right to terminate any membership at any time and for any reason, including suspected misuse, abuse, or breach of these Terms and Conditions.
  • ●Membership may also be terminated if a member opts out of receiving marketing communications, as continued participation in the program requires email opt-in.

6. Data Privacy

  • ●By enrolling in the Membership Program, you consent to the collection, use, and storage of your personal information (including name, email address, and date of birth) for the purposes of administering the program and sending marketing communications.
  • ●We are committed to handling your personal data in accordance with applicable privacy laws and our privacy statement.

7. General Conditions

  • ●Membership has no monetary value and is not redeemable for cash.
  • ●Humphrey's Hotel reserves the right to modify or discontinue the Membership Program, in whole or in part, at any time without notice.
  • ●Continued participation in the program following any changes constitutes your acceptance of those changes.

Privacy Statement

At Humphrey's Hotel, we are committed to protecting your privacy. The personal information you provide when signing up to our membership program will be collected, used and stored in accordance with the Australian Privacy Principles under the Privacy Act 1988.

We collect your information to provide you with exclusive member benefits, updates on upcoming events, special offers, and marketing communications relevant to Humphrey's Hotel and Bistro H. Your details may also be used for internal reporting, service improvements and customer insights.

We will never sell or disclose your personal information to third parties without your consent, unless required by law. You can update your preferences or unsubscribe at any time using the links in our communications or by contacting us directly.
